Where do you ship?

Within the United States only. Rates and timing are on the store’s shipping policy.

Which lab tests your batches?

Axiom Analytics Laboratories, an outside testing lab. Our certificates report identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, net peptide content, a microbial DNA screen and an adulterant screen.

Where can I see the certificates?

On the certificates page, listed by product and batch number.

How do I verify a certificate?

Scan the QR code on the certificate, or enter its report ID at axiomanalyticslab.com/verify. Then check that the product and batch number match the label on your vial. The COA guide explains each section.

What if a product has no certificate listed yet?

Its certificate hasn’t been published yet. We add batches as their certificates are published.

Do you give dosing or usage advice?

No. Our products are sold for laboratory research only, so we don’t provide dosing, preparation-for-use or medical information.
